Hearing Test Sample Clauses

A Hearing Test clause establishes the requirement for an individual to undergo an assessment of their hearing ability, typically as a condition of employment or continued participation in certain activities. This clause may specify the frequency of testing, the standards to be met, and the process for addressing any deficiencies identified during the test. Its core practical function is to ensure that individuals meet necessary auditory standards for safety, communication, or regulatory compliance, thereby reducing risks associated with impaired hearing in relevant environments.
Hearing Test. Upon hire, the City shall provide a base line hearing test. Thereafter a hearing test will be made available annually upon request.
Hearing Test. The Company will provide the employees with hearing tests, at no cost to the employees, as follows: a) All new employees will be tested as a condition of employment; b) All existing employees will be tested annually in order to get their hearing records on file.

Therefore the parties agree that all employees will have an annual audiogram to identify any changes in hearing acuity. Such hearing testing is to be conducted on the employee’s own time and the employee will be reimbursed for the cost of such test up to a maximum of $250.00 upon submission of a receipt.
Hearing Test. 15.1 An Employee’s hearing shall be tested at the commencement of employment with RFDSSE and every second year thereafter. Results of tests shall be given to the Employee. Hearing tests will be taken by an Employee when requested by RFDSSE.
