Health & Safety – Safety Statement. 1.7.1 When requested, prior to the appointment to the Framework Agreement, successful Applicants must provide a current Safety Statement or equivalent document, that sets out the details of the company’s overall safety management system, and that describes the measures, procedures, systems, roles and responsibilities used by the Applicant to secure and manage the safety, health, and welfare at work of its staff, other workers, clients, home occupants, and the general public in the place of work.
