Common use of Health Care Facility Clause in Contracts

Health Care Facility. It is understood and agreed between the Employer and the Union that the continuation of service to health care facilities and nursing homes is essential to both parties, such health care facilities, nursing homes and the general public. The Union agrees that in exercising any rights to it under this Agreement or by Law, they will do nothing to interrupt laundry and linen supply service to health care facilities and nursing homes and that the Union will utilize its best efforts to maintain service to such health care facilities and nursing homes at all times.
