Common use of HD Subscriber Base Incentive Clause in Contracts

HD Subscriber Base Incentive. The HD Subscriber Base Incentive shall mean the incentive provided to the HITSO based on the Network Pay High Definition Subscriber Base of the HITSO, in accordance with the terms set out in Annexure 2 (“HD Subscriber Base Incentive Conditions”).
