Common use of Hazardous Material Clause in Contracts

Hazardous Material. Hazardous Material means any contaminant, pollutant, dangerous substance, potentially dangerous substance, noxious substance, toxic substance, hazardous waste, flammable material, explosive material, radioactive material, urea formaldehyde foam insulation, asbestos, polychlorinated biphenyls, coal tar and any other biological or chemical agent, substance or material named, described, declared or defined to be hazardous, toxic, or a contaminant or pollutant in, or pursuant to, any applicable Laws.

Hazardous Material. Hazardous Material Material" means any contaminantsubstances defined or designated as hazardous or toxic waste, pollutanthazardous or toxic material, dangerous substance, potentially dangerous substance, noxious substance, hazardous or toxic substance, hazardous wasteor similar term, flammable materialby any environmental statute, explosive material, radioactive material, urea formaldehyde foam insulation, asbestos, polychlorinated biphenyls, coal tar and rule or regulation or any other biological or chemical agent, substance or material named, described, declared or defined to be hazardous, toxic, or a contaminant or pollutant in, or pursuant to, any applicable LawsGovernmental Authority.

Hazardous Material Material" means any contaminantsubstances defined or designated as hazardous or toxic waste, pollutanthazardous or toxic material, dangerous substance, potentially dangerous substance, noxious substance, hazardous or toxic substance, hazardous wasteor similar term, flammable materialby any environmental statute, explosive materialrule or regulation or any Governmental Authority applicable to Borrower or its business, radioactive material, urea formaldehyde foam insulation, asbestos, polychlorinated biphenyls, coal tar and any other biological operations or chemical agent, substance or material named, described, declared or defined to be hazardous, toxic, or a contaminant or pollutant in, or pursuant to, any applicable Lawsassets.

Hazardous Material Material" means any contaminantsubstance regulated, defined, or designated as a "hazardous substance," "extremely or imminently hazardous substance," "hazardous material," "hazardous chemical," "hazardous or toxic pollutant, dangerous substance, potentially dangerous substance, noxious substance, ," "pollutant," "toxic substance, ," "hazardous waste" or similar terms under Environmental Laws; and including, flammable materialwithout limitation, explosive material, radioactive material, urea formaldehyde foam insulation, asbestos, polychlorinated biphenyls, coal tar petroleum and petroleum products including crude oil and any other biological or chemical agentfractions thereof; asbestos; and natural gas, substance or material namedsynthetic gas, described, declared or defined to be hazardous, toxic, or a contaminant or pollutant in, or pursuant to, and any applicable Lawsmixtures thereof.

Hazardous Material. Hazardous Material means Material" shall mean any contaminant, pollutant, dangerous substance, potentially dangerous substancechemical, noxious substancewaste or other material which is listed, defined or otherwise identified as hazardous, toxic substanceor dangerous under any applicable law; as well as any petroleum, hazardous wastepetroleum product or by-product, flammable materialcrude oil, explosive materialnatural gas, radioactive materialnatural gas liquids, urea formaldehyde foam insulation, asbestos, polychlorinated biphenyls, coal tar and any other biological or chemical agent, substance or material named, described, declared or defined to be hazardous, toxicliquefied natural gas, or a contaminant or pollutant insynthetic gas useable for fuel, or pursuant to, any applicable Laws.and "source," "special nuclear," and "by-product" material as defined in the Atomic Energy Act of 1954,42 U.S.C. ss.ss.2011 ET SEQ..

Hazardous Material. “Hazardous Material Material” means any contaminant, pollutant, dangerous substance, potentially dangerous substance, noxious substance, toxic substance that is (a) defined under any Environmental Law as a hazardous substance, hazardous waste, flammable hazardous material, explosive materialpollutant or contaminant, radioactive material(b) a petroleum hydrocarbon, urea formaldehyde foam insulationincluding crude oil or any fraction or mixture thereof, asbestos, polychlorinated biphenyls, coal tar and any other biological or chemical agent, substance or material named, described, declared or defined to be (c) hazardous, toxic, corrosive, flammable, explosive, infectious, radioactive, carcinogenic or a contaminant or pollutant inreproductive toxicant, or (d) otherwise regulated pursuant to, to any applicable LawsEnvironmental Law.
