Common use of HAZARDOUS ASSIGNMENTS Clause in Contracts

HAZARDOUS ASSIGNMENTS. 2.8.2.1 The employee assigned to change the stadium pole lights will be paid a premium of one-hundred-twenty-five dollars ($125.00) per daily assignment for performing such work over and above the employee's regular hourly rate of pay for actual hours worked. One person will be assigned to be on the ground below for safety precaution.
