Common use of HAZARD LIGHTS Clause in Contracts

HAZARD LIGHTS. The Lessee shall, at its expense, provide and maintain hazard lights on any future structure erected by the Lessee on the demised premises, if required by the Lessor and Federal Aviation Administration regulations. Any hazard lights so required shall comply with the specifications and standards established for such installations by the FAA.
