Hazard Information. Safety information relating to hazardous materials – including pharmaceutical compounds and pharmaceutical intermediate materials – shall be available to educate, train and protect workers from hazards. Environment Suppliers shall operate in an environmentally responsible and efficient manner, and they shall minimize adverse impacts on the environment. Suppliers are encouraged to conserve natural resources, to avoid the use of hazardous materials where possible and to engage in activities that reuse and recycle. The environmental elements include:
Hazard Information. Safety information relating to hazardous materials – including pharmaceutical compounds and pharmaceutical intermediate materials – shall be available to educate, train, and protect workers from hazards.
Hazard Information. When applicable, Supplier will provide Purchaser with copies of appropriate MATERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEETS (“MSDS”) and/or SAFETY DATA SHEETS (“SDS”), as applicable, with Supplier’s initial shipment to Purchaser, with the first shipment after an MSDS is updated for any reason (including a change in processes or material of the Product) and at any other time as may be requested by Purchaser. If the Products subject to this Agreement do not require an MSDS, Supplier shall provide Purchaser with a statement to that effect. Supplier shall be in breach of this Agreement for any improper or mislabeled MSDS’s and/or SDS’s.
Hazard Information. For each Project, Client has made Paragon aware of any known risks and special handling precautions or protocols (other than routine laboratory risks for materials of the same nature) that are known to Client with respect to handling the Cell Line, the Master Cell Bank, the Working Cell Bank, the Raw Materials, the Product, and any Wastes that may be generated through performance of the process development and manufacturing activities contemplated hereunder, or Client will provide such information in advance of Paragon working with any of the above items.

All required environmental permits, licenses, information registrations and restrictions shall be obtained and their operational and reporting requirements followed.
Hazard Information. Seller will provide Purchaser with copies of any appropriate Material Safety Data Sheets (“MSDS”) with Seller’s initial shipment of a particular Good to Purchaser and with the first shipment after an MSDS that is updated for any reason. If the Goods subject to this Purchase Order do not require an MSDS, Seller shall provide Purchaser with a statement to that effect, upon request.
Hazard Information. BCP shall provide BCI with all Materials Safety Data Sheets prescribed by OSHA and relating to the safe and efficient handling of Cargoes by BCI.
