Hazard Communication. Contractor shall notify Institution prior to using products containing hazardous chemicals to which Institution employees may be exposed. Products containing hazardous chemicals are those products defined by Oregon Administrative Rules, Chapter 437. Upon Institution's request, Contractor shall immediately provide Material Safety Data Sheets, as required by OAR ▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇, for the products subject to this provision.
