Common use of Hazard and Liability Insurance Clause in Contracts

Hazard and Liability Insurance. The Administrative Agent shall have received evidence of property hazard, business interruption and liability insurance required to be maintained pursuant to Section 8.7(a) (with appropriate endorsements naming the Administrative Agent as lender’s loss payee on all policies for property hazard insurance and as additional insured on all policies for liability insurance in accordance with Section 8.7(b), and if requested by the Administrative Agent, copies of such insurance policies.
