Common use of Hazard and Liability Insurance Clause in Contracts

Hazard and Liability Insurance. The Administrative Agent shall have received certificates of insurance, evidence of payment of all insurance premiums for the current policy year of each, and, if requested by the Administrative Agent, copies (certified by a Responsible Officer) of insurance policies in the form required under the Security Documents and otherwise in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Hazard and Liability Insurance. The Administrative Agent shall have received certificates of property hazard, business interruption and liability insurance, evidence of payment of all insurance premiums for the current policy year of eacheach insurance policy (naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured on all certificates for liability insurance and loss payee with respect to the Collateral on all certificates for property insurance), and, if requested by the Administrative Agent, copies (certified by a Responsible Officer) of insurance policies in the form required under the Security Documents and otherwise in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

The Administrative Agent shall have received certificates of property hazard, business interruption and liability insurance, evidence of payment of all insurance premiums for the current policy year of eacheach insurance policy (naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured on all certificates for liability insurance and loss payee (or mortgagee) with respect to the Collateral on all certificates for property insurance), and, if requested by the Administrative Agent, copies (certified by a Responsible Officer) of insurance policies in the form required under the Security Documents and otherwise in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.
