Common use of Harm Clause in Contracts

Harm. BlackRainbow may suspend access to the Software if BlackRainbow reasonably considers that any part of the Software is being used for illegal activity or the use of the Software is causing material and ongoing harm to BlackRainbow or any third party. BlackRainbow will endeavor to provide reasonable notice of any such suspension to Licensee.
