Hardware and Software Changes Clause Samples

The "Hardware and Software Changes" clause defines the rules and procedures for making modifications to the hardware or software used in the context of the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the conditions under which updates, upgrades, or replacements can be made, and may specify requirements for notification, approval, or compatibility. For example, it might require the service provider to inform the client before implementing significant system changes or to ensure that any new software versions remain compatible with existing systems.
