HANDOVER AND ACCEPTANCE OF PRODUCT. 5.1 The Contractor is obliged to supply the Product at the Place of Delivery on agreed hour on Delivery Date free from Defects and in quality and with all documents and files related to the Product in accordance with Article 3.2 hereof and to allow up to three (3) Client’s staff members to inspect the Product.
