Common use of Handling of Personal Data Clause in Contracts

Handling of Personal Data. Registry Operator shall provide notice to Registrar (including via Registry Operator’s Privacy Policy) of the purposes for which Personal Data submitted to Registry Operator by Registrar under this Agreement is collected and used and the intended recipients (or categories of recipients) of such Personal Data. Registry Operator shall not use or share, or authorize the use or sharing of, Personal Data in a way that is incompatible with such notice and/or its Privacy Policy. Registry Operator shall take reasonable steps to protect Personal Data from loss, misuse or unauthorized disclosure, alteration or destruction.

Registry Operator shall take reasonable steps to protect Personal Data from loss, misuse or misuse, unauthorized disclosure, alteration or destruction. Registry Operator shall not use or authorize the use of Personal Data in a way that is incompatible with the notice provided to registrars.
