Handling of Hazardous Substances. Each of the Company and the Subsidiary and any other present or to the Company's Knowledge former owner, tenant, occupant or user of the Real Property has not used, handled, generated, produced, manufactured, treated, stored or transported any Hazardous Substance on, under, about, to or from the Real Property or any real property formerly owned or operated by the Company or the Subsidiary in material violation of or in a manner that may form the basis of material liability under any Environmental Law.

Handling of Hazardous Substances. Each of Neither the Company and the Subsidiary and nor any other present or of its Subsidiaries nor, to the Company's Knowledge Knowledge, any former owner, tenant, occupant or user of the Real Property has not used, handled, generated, produced, manufactured, treated, stored or transported any Hazardous Substance on, under, about, to or from the Real Property or any real property formerly owned or operated by the Company or the Subsidiary any of its Subsidiaries in material violation of or in a manner that may would reasonably be expected to form the basis of material liability by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries under any Environmental Law.

Each of Neither the Company and the Subsidiary and Corporation nor any other present or to the Company's Knowledge former owner, tenant, occupant or user of the Real Property has not used, handled, generated, produced, manufactured, treated, stored stored, transported, released, discharged or transported disposed of any Hazardous Substance on, under, about, to under or from the Real Property or any real property formerly owned or operated by the Company or the Subsidiary in material violation of or in a manner that may form the basis of material liability under any Environmental LawLaw where such violation has had or could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
