Handling Major Appliances. Major Appliances shall be reused, Recycled, or Disposed by Contractor in accordance with requirements of Applicable Law. Any changes to such regulations made after January 1, 2011 shall be addressed as though they are a Change in Law in accordance with Section 11.05.
