Handling Major Appliances. Major appliances shall be reused, recycled, or disposed by Contractor in accordance with requirements of applicable law. Appliances shall be certified as having hazardous materials removed before they shall be accepted. Any changes to such regulations made after the Effective Date shall be addressed as though they are a change in law in accordance with Section 16.02.
