(Including one for Consultant) handing over documents in a good quality Box - file containing minimum of: (a) System description. (b) Design calculations and selection criteria or details. (c) Equipment technical data, Operation and maintenance manuals, Material test reports, Rating charts, Performance curves etc. (d) Inspection and performance test reports (Including pre-dispatch, site test reports). (e) List of recommended spares and cost, Rate for maintenance contract valid for five years from the date of handing over. (f) Operation instructions. (g) Complete set of detail as-built drawings on approved scale.
