HALLS Clause Samples
The 'halls' clause defines the terms and conditions related to the use, rental, or access to physical halls or event spaces under an agreement. It typically outlines the responsibilities of the parties regarding booking procedures, permitted uses, maintenance, and any restrictions on activities within the halls. For example, it may specify hours of access, requirements for cleaning after use, or limitations on the number of attendees. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of their rights and obligations concerning the use of the halls, thereby preventing disputes and facilitating smooth event or facility management.
