Common use of Habitability Clause in Contracts

Habitability. If Property is made uninhabitable by fire, storm or other casualty, rent shall ▇▇▇▇▇ from the date of such destruction, until this property is made habitable again. After such destruction, either party may submit 30-Days written notice to terminate this Agreement to the other party.
