Common use of H4 Consequences of Termination Clause in Contracts

H4 Consequences of Termination. H4.1 Where XXX terminates the Contract under Condition H2, or terminates the provision of any part of the Contract under that Condition, and then makes other arrangements for the provision of Services, XXX shall be entitled to recover from the Contractor the cost of making those other arrangements and any additional expenditure incurred by XXX throughout the remainder of the Contract Period. Where the Contract is terminated under Condition H2, no further payments shall be payable by XXX to the Contractor until XXX has established the final cost of making those other arrangements.
