H4 Consequences of Expiry or Termination. H4.1 Notwithstanding the service of a notice to terminate the Framework Agreement and any Call-Off Contracts, the SERVICE PROVIDER shall continue to fulfil its obligations under the Framework Agreement and any Call-Off Contracts until the date of expiry or termination of the Framework Agreement and any Call-Off Contracts or such other date as required.
