Common use of H-1 Clause in Contracts

H-1. This DEPOSIT TRUST AGREEMENT, dated as of April 1, 1999 (as amended from time to time, the "Agreement"), is between Bear Xxxxxxx Asset Backed Securities, Inc., a Delaware corporation, as depositor (the "Depositor"), and Wilmington Trust Company, a Delaware banking corporation, as trustee (the "Owner Trustee").
