Guild Representatives. The Guild may designate up to one bargaining unit employee to function as Guild Representatives for each department and one Guild Representative may participate in Steps 1 and 2 during work hours without loss of pay. Guild Representatives shall have the authority to present grievances without the presence of the bargaining unit employee.
