Guild Representatives. The number of representatives of the Guild and the Employer at any negotiating session shall be limited to five (5) members each, unless waived by mutual agreement of the parties. The Guild will supply the City with a list of its “Official Representatives” by February 28th of each year. The Guild reserves the right to modify the list as needed.
