GUIDING. Guide outfitter licences and certificates and angling guide licences which exist as of the Effective Date and apply to an area wholly or partially on In-▇▇▇▇▇-ch Nation Land will be set out in Appendix C to the Final Agreement, will be retained by the persons who hold those interests and may be transferred or renewed in accordance with Provincial Law.
