GUIDELINES FOR PERMITTED USE. Pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Agreement and SERI’s License granted therein, Applicant(s) may use the Mark in connection with describing Applicant’s facilities and activities in a manner strictly consistent with the scope of Applicant’s R2 Certification(s). Such usage may include, for example, displaying and referencing the Mark in promotional materials, including in electronic and print advertisements, in order to publicize Applicant’s R2 Certification(s) for those activities and facilities within the scope of such R2 Certification(s). Use of the Mark is subject to the following formal requirements, in addition to those in the Agreement and others that may be specified by SERI as provided in the Agreement: (a) Applicant must use the logo form of the Mark in the manner in which SERI provides; (b) if use of the logo is not possible, use of the word form of the ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ be used as follows: R2:2013 RESPONSIBLE RECYCLINGR. Use of the R notation (superscript, when available; otherwise, in parentheses) should always be used with the written portion of the Mark upon its first occurrence in a writing. In any event, the Mark should be displayed in a size that is clear and readable.

Scrum Alliance allows those individuals who pass its certification process and who are in good standing to use the Marks in connection with providing services to third parties. You may use the Marks in promotional materials, including in electronic and print advertisements, which You prepare to promote and perform approved consulting, the Permitted Activities and in order to publicize Your standing as a Scrum Alliance Scrum Foundations Educator designee. Use of the Marks is subject to the following formal requirements: (a) You must use the logo form of the Scrum Foundations Verified ▇▇▇▇, if any, in the manner in which the Scrum Alliance provides, wherever possible; (b) if use of the logo is not possible, use of the word ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ be used as follows: Scrum Alliance Scrum Foundations Verified or SCRUM ALLIANCE SCRUM FOUNDATIONS VERIFIED (c) the Marks must always be presented with each word in initial capital letters or in all CAPITALS; (d) the Marks should be used in the form of an adjective and should always be followed by a noun (e.g., “Scrum Alliance Scrum Foundations program offering”); and (e) those Marks subject to federal trademark registration shall be used with the ® notation (superscript, when available; otherwise, in parentheses) upon their first occurrence in a writing or otherwise as instructed by Scrum Alliance, Inc.

You may use the Certification Mark in materials, including in electronic and print advertisements and other promotional materials, that You prepare to publicize Your status as a Certified Scrum Professional® - Developer professional. As such, the Certification Mark is an adjective and should always be followed by a noun (e.g., “Certified Scrum Professional® - Developer certification or developer or professional”). Use of the Certification Mark is subject to the following formal requirements: (a) You must use the logo form of the Certification Mark, if any, in the manner in which the Scrum Alliance provides it to You, wherever possible; (b) If use of the logo is not possible, the word ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ be used as follows: CERTIFIED SCRUM PROFESSIONAL® - DEVELOPER or Certified Scrum Professional® - Developer or CSP-D; (c) the Certification Mark must always be presented with each word in initial capital letters or in all CAPITALS; and (d) the ® notation (superscript, when available; otherwise, in parentheses) should always be used with the written Certified Scrum Professional portion of the Certification Mark upon its first occurrence in a writing.

Use of the Marks is subject to the following formal requirements: (a) You must use the logo form of the Marks, if any, in the manner in which the Scrum Alliance provides, wherever possible; (b) if use of the logo is not possible, use of the word ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ be used as follows: Certified Scrum Trainer® or CERTIFIED SCRUM TRAINER®; (c) the Marks must always be presented with each word in initial capital letters or in all CAPITALS; (d) the ® notation (superscript, when available; otherwise, in parentheses) should always be used with the written portion of the Marks upon its first occurrence in a writing; and (e) the Marks should be used in the form of an adjective and should always be followed by a noun (e.g., “Certified Scrum Trainer® training services”).

Applicant may use the ▇▇▇▇ in promotional materials, including in electronic and print advertisements, which Applicant prepares in connection with services rendered by Applicant’s R2 TM Certified facility or facilities and in order to publicize the standing of Applicant’s R2™ Certified facility or facilities. Use of the ▇▇▇▇ is subject to the following formal requirements: (a) Applicant must use the logo form of the ▇▇▇▇ in the manner in which SERI provides; (b) if use of the logo is not possible, use of the word form of the ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ be used as follows: R2:2013 RESPONSIBLE RECYCLINGTM; and (c) the TM notation (superscript, when available; otherwise, in parentheses) should always be used with the written portion of the ▇▇▇▇ upon its first occurrence in a writing.
