Guest Access. o If I hold a "Focus Ultimate" membership, I am entitled to bring one guest at a time to use the facilities free of charge, subject to the following conditions: a. Guest access is limited to hours during which the club is staffed. b. Guests must be 18 years of age or older, or at least 14 years of age if accompanied by a parent or guardian. c. I am responsible for ensuring that my guests comply with all terms and conditions of this agreement. I acknowledge that failure to comply may result in the refusal of access to or expulsion of the non-compliant guest.
