Common use of Guarantor Acknowledgment Clause in Contracts

Guarantor Acknowledgment. Each Guarantor hereby (a) acknowledges and consents to all of the terms and conditions of this Amendment and (b) reaffirms that, jointly and severally together with the other Guarantors, it guarantees the prompt payment and performance of their obligations as provided in Article XI of the Existing Credit Agreement.

Guarantor Acknowledgment. Each Guarantor hereby (a) consents, acknowledges and consents agrees to the amendment and other matters set forth herein and hereby confirms and ratifies in all of respects the terms and conditions of this Amendment and (b) reaffirms that, jointly and severally together with the other Guarantors, it guarantees the prompt payment and performance of their obligations as provided Guaranty set forth in Article XI of the Existing Credit AgreementAgreement (including without limitation the continuation of such Guarantor’s payment and performance obligations thereunder upon and after the effectiveness of this Amendment) and the enforceability of such Guaranty against each such Guarantor in accordance with its terms.

Each Guarantor hereby (a) acknowledges and consents to all of the terms and conditions of this Amendment and Amendment, (b) reaffirms that, jointly and severally together with the other Guarantors, it guarantees the prompt payment and performance of their obligations as provided in Article XI IX of the Existing Credit AgreementAgreement and (c) acknowledges and agrees that the such obligations will include any Obligations with respect to or resulting from the increase in the Total Revolving Committed Amount as provided hereunder.

Each Guarantor hereby (a) acknowledges and consents to all of the terms and conditions of this Amendment and Modification Agreement, (b) reaffirms that, jointly and severally together with the other Guarantors, it guarantees the prompt payment and performance of their obligations as provided in Article XI IX of the Existing Credit AgreementAgreement and (c) acknowledges and agrees that the such obligations will include any Obligations with respect to or resulting from the increase in the Total Revolving Committed Amount as provided hereunder.
