Introduction Defined Terms. SELLER agrees to sell and BUYER agrees to purchase the Property, consisting of the Land (as defined below) and the Improvements (as defined below) to be constructed during the period of the escrow ("Escrow") to be conducted by Escrow Agent (as defined below). In furtherance of this Agreement, SELLER is entering into the Ocean Ranch Contract (as defined below) pursuant to which SELLER is purchasing the Land. The defined words or phrases used in this Agreement shall, unless the context otherwise indicates, have the meanings specified in this section 1. The singular shall include the plural and the masculine gender shall include the feminine and neuter, and vice versa, as the context indicates. Additional terms defined in other sections of this Agreement shall have the same definition for all purposes of this Agreement unless otherwise indicated, notwithstanding that such additional terms are not defined in this section 1.
