Guaranteed Installation Date. Seller shall (i) cause the Equipment to be delivered to the Delivery Point in undamaged condition in accordance with the Specification and Guaranteed Unit Delivery Date(s) and (ii) conduct and satisfactorily complete the field Performance Tests at the Site (“Installation Completion”) by no later than the dates as may be agreed to by the Parties.
