GUARANTEED ANALYSIS. Contractor has provided a Guaranteed Analysis of Diesel Fuel and/or BioDiesel offered (Attachment 3 – Guaranteed Analysis). If the Guarantee exceeds specifications, it will become the Contract standard in the event of Contract award.
