Agent must, at the request of ▇▇▇▇▇ Media and within a reasonable time stipulated by ▇▇▇▇▇ Media, do all things necessary to enable ▇▇▇▇▇ Media to claim any available credit, set off, rebate or refund for or in relation to any goods and services tax included in any payment made under this agreement, whether this requires either Agent or ▇▇▇▇▇ Media to create invoices.
