Email notice required. If, at the time a notice is to be given under this Agreement, New Zealand is on any alert level notified by the New Zealand Government in relation to COVID-19, or there is any other public emergency, which materially restricts movement within New Zealand, any notice given under this Agreement must be given by email (except to the extent that the notice is required by law to be given by another means, in which case it must also be provided by email).
