GSFleet’s API. Services shall not be used in violation of applicable laws, regulations or third-party rights, including human rights, data protection rights or intellectual property rights. The Customer's breach of this obligation shall be deemed a material breach, and the Customer shall indemnify GSFleet for any breach of this obligation.
