Group Use Sample Clauses
Group Use. If the Customer has acquired the ‘Group and Managed Services Use’ license option, the Customer, within the limits of the purposes specified in section 4, is granted the right for the benefit of a total of seven (7) Affiliated Entities
a. to install the files on an unlimited number of systems owned by such Affiliated Entities and produce an unlimited number of instances (sites) on those systems (e.g., in order to implement a distributed monitoring with multiple instances across Affiliated Entities);
b. to allow employees and service providers of such Affiliated Entities to use the files; and
c. to distribute the files to these Affiliated Entities and allow them to use these independently for their own business purposes. Affiliated Entities must be subjected to a duty to comply with this ▇▇▇▇. In the event that the files are distributed to any Affiliates, the Customer will also provide them with a copy of this ▇▇▇▇.
Group Use. If the Customer has purchased the ‘Group and Managed Services Use’ license option, it is further granted the following rights for the benefit of up to seven (7) Affiliates within the purposes of use set out in section 4:
a. The right to install the Proprietary Software on an unlimited number of systems owned by such seven (7) Affiliates and create an unlimited number of instances (sites) on those systems.
b. The right to distribute the Proprietary Software to such seven (7) Affiliates or to make it available to them for download by providing them with login data for the download area.
c. The right to allow such seven (7) Affiliates to create instances and to use the Proprietary Software independently for their own business purposes, both in accordance with this ▇▇▇▇.
Group Use. The first sentence of Section 3.4 (Individual Use) shall be of no effect in connection with use of the Services under a Group Offering. If you obtained a subscription to the Service for any third party individual, you understand that Content and workspaces contained in such third party individual's Services account may not be deleted when such individual's subscription to the Services under a Group Offering terminates, and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that such individual deletes any Content and workspaces belonging to you from such individual's Services account.
