GROUP SIZE. The maximum number of occupants allowed per property is listed in the property description. Maximum capacity applies to any given time, such as during a gathering of people at the property that includes guests that are not staying overnight. In the event that the maximum capacity has been exceeded, occupancy may be terminated without a refund. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of reservation deposit, damage deposit, and/or balance of rental payment.
GROUP SIZE a. To participate in a Learn with the Lords Online session, you must have a minimum group size of 10 students.
GROUP SIZE a. To qualify, you must book as a group of 4-10 students.
GROUP SIZE. The minimum Blended Capitation Group size will be three physicians. The FPRC will establish rules and procedures to allow Blended Capitation Groups that drop below the mandatory group size the opportunity to reach the minimum size of three.

In the event that there are less than ten travellers booked on this tour, you will be advised at the earliest opportunity and always no less than 8 weeks, (56 days) before departure. At that time, you will be offered one of the following options:
a) Travel as planned, but at an additional supplement, payable per person
b) The cost of this supplement will vary depending on the itinerary and number of confirmed clients
c) A full refund of all monies paid to us.
d) For our natural dyeing workshop in Munnar we need 10 guests to make the workshop viable. If this group size is not achieved 6 weeks before departure, the tour will be cancelled unless you are happy to proceed without this workshop, in which case the price of the workshop will be refunded to you in full. The alternative would be a supplement of approximately £25.00 to cover the cost of the workshop with less attendees. Minimum 8 attendees. If neither of these alternatives is acceptable, we will have no choice but to cancel the tour. Such alterations or cancellations will be advised a minimum of 6 weeks before departure.
e) If the tour has to be cancelled there will be the option of booking the same tour for the following year at no extra cost.

a. Each child in a group shares two common experiences with every other child in this group; the same primary caregiver(s) is/are responsible for the child’s basic and developmental needs and are co-located within the same space. The number of children who may be in a group varies according to the age of the children and the number of primary caregivers as determined by ratio. The age of the youngest child within the group shall determine the ratio and maximum group size. For special group activities, such as, outdoor play, mealtime, sleeping and field trips, the group may exceed the maximum group size for the specified period of time only for these activities. ADHS BCCL ratios and licensed capacity may not be exceeded.
b. A child is assigned a primary caregiver upon enrollment. This caregiver is responsible for the majority of the child’s care and interactions throughout the day; ensuring needs such as diaper changing, feeding, etc., are met in a timely manner; observation and assessment; and communicating with families. Children should always be given the opportunity to make autonomous choices of activity and their level of participation within that setting. ADHS BCCL regulations for supervision while moving between activities must be maintained at all times.
c. Primary caregiving is an intentional practice, demonstrating individualized care for children one- on-one and within the group setting. Evidence of this practice may be shown in alternate schedules, separate group rosters and classroom postings. When primary caregiving is a program practice, it must be communicated in a written policy. All staff members, regardless of primary caregiver assignments, are responsible for the health, safety and well-being of all children in the child care setting.
GROUP SIZE. Group size for groups used in an SBMF web service request may not exceed 20 Wireless Devices. The SBMF web services gateway will not accept transactions for groups larger than 20.
GROUP SIZE. The intention of the blanket permit is to allow for small, technical commercial trips by qualified individual guides. Group size is limited by conditions and clients skill. In an instructional setting, group size is limited to a maximum of eleven (10 clients 1 guide).
