The Employer shall make contributions to a prepaid legal services Trust Fund known as the “Building Service 32BJ Legal Services Fund,” under such provisions, rules and regulations as may be determined by the Trustees, to cover all employees covered by the Agreement with such benefits as may be determined by the Trustees.
