Group Performance Bonus. 1. The Board will pay a lump sum Performance Bonus to each member of the bargaining unit in accordance with the following schedule: 3.5 or above $500 2. Should the criteria by which the Ohio Department of Education determines accountability measures changes, the Board and Association will negotiate the terms of the Performance Bonus to ensure that the intent of the parties is fulfilled.
Group Performance Bonus. For calendar year 2025, Employee shall be eligible for an annual performance bonus (the “Performance Bonus”) in the amount of up to One Million Six Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,600,000) based on reasonable criteria determined by the Comp Committee (which shall not be materially different from the criteria used for other similarly situated executives), and which shall be provided to Employee in writing, and for subsequent years, any amount shall be determined by the Comp Committee, in its absolute and complete discretion.
