Common use of Group Insured Benefits Clause in Contracts

Group Insured Benefits. The Executive shall be eligible to participate in the benefits programs of the Company or Cronos Group, as applicable, for health and dental, life insurance, disability and other benefits as may be available to employees of the Company from time to time, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan document. The Company or the Group, as applicable, reserves the right to alter, amend or discontinue all benefits, coverages, plans and programs referred to in this Section 5.4, without advance notice or other obligation, subject only to the express minimum requirements of applicable employment standards legislation.

The Company or the Group, as applicable, reserves the right to alter, amend or discontinue all benefits, coverages, plans and programs referred to in this Section 5.4, without advance notice or other obligation, subject only to the express minimum requirements of applicable employment standards legislation.
