Group Discount Clause Samples

A Group Discount clause establishes that a reduced price or special rate will be offered when products or services are purchased collectively by a group, rather than individually. Typically, this clause specifies the minimum number of participants or units required to qualify for the discount and may outline the process for applying the discount, such as through a single group payment or coordinated order. Its core practical function is to incentivize bulk or group purchases, making offerings more attractive to organizations or groups while streamlining sales and potentially increasing overall volume for the provider.
