Group consultation Clause Samples

The "Group consultation" clause establishes the procedures and requirements for consulting with a group of stakeholders or representatives before making certain decisions or implementing changes. Typically, this clause outlines who must be consulted, the method and timing of consultation, and the types of matters that trigger the need for group input—such as changes to employment terms or workplace policies. Its core practical function is to ensure that affected parties have an opportunity to provide feedback or raise concerns, thereby promoting transparency and collaborative decision-making while reducing the risk of disputes or misunderstandings.
