Grounds for Suspension. Without prejudice to the possibility of suspending Specific Grant Agreements pursuant to Article 14 of the General Conditions, the Commission may suspend the Framework Partnership Agreement if it suspects that the Humanitarian Organisation no longer complies with the conditions and criteria referred to in point 13 of the Preamble.
