The Sheriff’s Office and the Dispatch Center shall have sole discretion regarding the length of any suspension imposed upon the Company pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement. The Company shall comply with all of the terms of the suspension (i.e. ceasing particular practices or conduct, restitution to victims, and fulfillment of court orders) before the Company may be considered for reinstatement under this Agreement. Grounds for Suspension. Improper or illegal use of funds will result in immediate suspension and/or termination within the County’s sole discretion. Suspension and/or termination in this case may be initiated by telephone or personal contact with a written confirmation to Subrecipient within five (5) business days. The confirmation of suspension and/or termination to Subrecipient shall specify the reasons for suspension and/or termination and notify the Subrecipient of the County’s future course of action regarding the improper or illegal action.
