Groundcover Sample Clauses
The Groundcover clause defines the requirements and responsibilities related to the planting, maintenance, and upkeep of groundcover vegetation on a property. Typically, it specifies which party is responsible for ensuring that areas such as lawns, gardens, or landscaped beds are properly planted and maintained with appropriate groundcover plants. For example, it may require the tenant to keep grass mowed and free of weeds, or obligate the landlord to replace dead plants. This clause helps ensure that the property remains aesthetically pleasing and prevents neglect or deterioration of landscaped areas.
