Gross Revenue from Licenses. Except as set forth on Schedule 1.1, each Debtor’s rights as a licensee of intellectual property do not give rise to more than 5% of the gross revenues of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries on a consolidated basis in any given quarter, including without limitation revenue derived from the sale, licensing, rendering or disposition of any product or service.
