Gross Heating Value. Producers’ Gas and MV Mitigation Gas shall not have a Gross Heating Value less than 950 Btu’s per Cubic Foot of Gas or more than 1300 Btu’s per Cubic Foot of Gas.
Gross Heating Value. Gas when delivered by SABINE to Customer shall have a Gross Heating Value of not less than 950 BTU per Standard Cubic Foot and not more than 1165 BTU per Standard Cubic Foot.
Gross Heating Value. The Gross Heating Value of the Gas delivered at the Receipt Points and Delivery Points shall be determined using the following schedule: (i) if the deliveries of Gas through the meter average less than 100 Mcf/d, at least once each Year, (ii) if the deliveries of Gas through the meter average between 100 Mcf/d and 500 Mcf/d, at least once each 6 Months, (iii) if the deliveries of Gas through the meter average between 500 Mcf/d and 5,000 Mcf/d, at least once each 3 Months, (iv) if the deliveries of Gas through the meter average more than 5,000 Mcf/d, at least 12 times per Year with no longer than 45 Days between each test, by means of some approved method of general use in the Gas industry.
Gross Heating Value. LNG when delivered by Customer to SABINE shall have, in a gaseous state, a Gross Heating Value of not less than 950 BTU per Standard Cubic Foot and not more than 1165 BTU per Standard Cubic Foot.
Gross Heating Value. As defined in Section 8.1 of the General Terms and Conditions.
Gross Heating Value. (a) Gross Heating Value (Mass) The Gross Heating Value (Mass) shall be calculated by use of the method ISO 6976-1995 with combustion reference conditions of fifteen degrees Celsius (15°C) and units of MJ/kg and 0.01 significant figures or with combustion reference conditions of sixty degrees Fahrenheit (60°F), stated in units of BTU/kg and given with 1 significant figures or as specified in the relevant Terminal Rules.

Gross Heating Value. (i) LNG when delivered by Customer to FLNG shall have, in a gaseous state, a Gross Heating Value of not less than 950 BTU per Standard Cubic Foot and not more than 1150 BTU per Standard Cubic Foot.
Gross Heating Value. The gas will contain a Gross Heating Value of at least nine hundred fifty (950) Btu per cubic foot, but not greater than one thousand and fifty (1050) Btu per cubic foot. The Gross Heating Value will be the number of Btus produced by the complete combustion of a cubic foot of Gas (excluding hydrogen sulfide) at a temperature base of sixty degrees (60°) Fahrenheit and a pressure base of fourteen and seventy-three hundredths (14.73) psia. Heating values shall be expressed in Btu per cubic foot and may be determined by calorimeter, calculation from compositional analysis or other acceptable industry practices and shall reflect the actual condition of the Gas on delivery as adjusted for pressure, water content, and compressibility unless otherwise prescribed by statute. For the purposes of making Btu calculations, the gas shall be considered saturated at the delivery conditions of pressure and temperature.
Gross Heating Value. The gross heating value per cubic foot of gas shall be determined from time to time by the Buyer at the Buyer's expense, using an accurately calibrated Xxxxxx-Xxxxxx calorimeter from samples of the gas taken at the delivery point or points. The Seller shall have the right to witness any and all tests of gross heating value made by the Buyer. The Seller shall have the right at any time to make or to require the Buyer to make a special test of the gross heating value of gas delivered hereunder, but the Seller shall bear the expense of any special tests made at its request. Tests of gross heating value of gas delivered hereunder shall be made by the Buyer after giving Seller ten (10) days written notice thereof.
