Gross Heating Value. The number of Btus produced by the complete combustion in air, at a constant pressure, of one Cubic Foot of Gas when the products of combustion are cooled to the initial temperature of the Gas and air and all water formed by combustion is condensed to the liquid state. The resultant number of Btus determined above shall be adjusted to reflect the actual water content of the Gas at the Delivery Points except that Gas containing seven (7) pounds of water or less per MMcf shall be considered dry for purposes of this adjustment.

Gross Heating Value. The number of Btus produced by the complete combustion in aircombustion, on a dry basis and at a constant pressure, of one Cubic Foot the amount of Gas which would occupy a volume of 1 cubic foot at a temperature of [***] and at a pressure of [***], with air of the same temperature and pressure as the Gas, when the products of combustion are cooled to the initial temperature of the Gas and air and all when the water formed by combustion is condensed to the liquid state. Hydrogen sulfide shall be deemed to have no heating value.
