Grievance Time Limits. Any grievance not advanced to the next step by the Association or the employee within the time limit in that step, or if no time limit is specified within five (5) working days shall be deemed abandoned. Time limits may be extended by mutual agreement of the Board and the Association or by mutual agreement of the Board and the employee. The extension must be in writing and such date or time as mutually agreed upon shall prevail.
